Travel Rules
FastTravel provides comfortable VIP-class passenger transport by minibuses with 7 seats. We operate international transport between Ukraine and Europe, as well as parcel delivery between cities and countries. These bus travel rules help ensure a safe and comfortable journey for every passenger.
Booking a Trip
When booking a minibus transfer, the following information must be provided:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Departure city
- Destination city
- Travel date
- Number of passengers
- Luggage or parcels
We recommend booking 24–48 hours before the trip so we can confirm seat availability and agree on route details.
Prepayment Policy
Booking is initially made without payment. Approximately 48 hours before departure the dispatcher confirms whether the trip will take place. After confirmation the passenger must make a prepayment to secure the seat. The seat is guaranteed only after prepayment. Passengers are informed of this condition when booking.
Boarding Rules
Passengers must be ready for boarding 10–15 minutes before the expected driver arrival time. The driver may wait about 10 minutes. The route may include multiple passengers and stops along the way — this allows for an efficient minibus transfer for everyone.
Passenger Luggage
Standard luggage rules for passenger transport:
- 1 suitcase (25–30 kg)
- 1 carry-on bag (up to 10 kg)
- up to 40 kg free in total
Above 40 kg total — €2 per extra kilogram. Oversized luggage must be agreed in advance.
Comfort and Behavior Rules in the Minibus
- No smoking
- No alcohol
- Respect other passengers
- Do not distract the driver
- Keep the vehicle clean
Parcel Delivery
The company also delivers parcels between cities and countries. The sender must provide:
- Sender information
- Recipient name
- Recipient phone number
- Destination city
Parcels are handed to the recipient at the agreed pickup location.
Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be transported:
- Weapons
- Drugs
- Explosive materials
- Flammable substances
- Illegal goods
The driver may refuse to accept suspicious parcels.
Payment
Payment is possible by cash, bank transfer or card. Prepayment may be required to confirm booking — details are agreed with the manager after trip confirmation.
Possible Delays
Delays may occur due to border crossing, traffic or weather conditions. We do our best to minimize travel time, but recommend allowing extra time when planning your trip.
Frequently Asked Questions
Before departure, review the Ukraine Europe travel rules: have valid documents, agree on your luggage, arrive for boarding on time, and follow the conduct rules during the trip. On the route there are restrictions on prohibited items, as well as safety and order rules inside the vehicle. If anything is unclear about your documents or items, confirm it with the dispatcher before you leave. This reduces the risk of delays and helps you travel comfortably.
Be ready for boarding 10–15 minutes before the expected driver arrival time. The driver can wait about 10 minutes if you are in touch. The exact arrival time depends on the route, traffic, and border crossing, so keep your phone handy. If you are delayed or the pickup address changes, contact the dispatcher immediately.
The driver arrives at the agreed address at the scheduled time, and then boarding takes place with passengers taking their seats. During boarding, keep your documents and the booking number (if provided) with you, plus a phone number for contact. Prepare your luggage in advance so you do not hold up the group. If you have large or non-standard luggage, confirm it before the trip.
The trip is organized in a VIP-class minibus: passengers travel comfortably and follow safety rules. While on the road, do not distract the driver, do not smoke, and do not consume alcohol; keep the vehicle clean and respect other passengers. Follow the driver and manager instructions regarding boarding, luggage, and stops. If you need help, use the phone—do not ask questions during driving.
It is prohibited to transport weapons, drugs, explosive and flammable materials, as well as illegal goods. For luggage: the free allowance is up to 40 kg (suitcase 25–30 kg + carry-on up to 10 kg); above that, €2/kg applies. Oversized luggage must be agreed in advance. Any suspicious or unknown items may lead to refusal at boarding or during checks. For the full list of prohibited items and detailed limits, use the dedicated pages.
You can eat in moderation, without strong smells and while keeping the cabin clean. You can drink water, but alcohol is prohibited. Stops during the route are made according to the schedule and the driver’s decision, so passengers can rest and use necessary services. If you need a personal stop, let the driver know in advance.
If you are late or your pickup address/time changes, contact the dispatcher or the driver immediately using the phone number you received. Usually, the driver can wait about 10 minutes if you are reachable. If boarding is missed or route changes are required, the manager will decide on the next options (depending on availability, rescheduling or choosing another trip). Have your booking reference/contact ready and stay available.
Before the trip, make sure your documents are valid for the required period and prepare everything you may need for checks. Agree on your luggage in advance, keep the dispatcher’s contacts, and ensure you can be reached on the day of departure. Arrive at the pickup point earlier so boarding is without rushing, and follow the conduct rules during the trip. That way your trip from Ukraine to Germany or Poland will be as smooth as possible.
