Luggage and Parcel Delivery
During international passenger transport, passengers may bring luggage and can also send parcels between cities and countries. Following luggage and parcel rules helps ensure a comfortable and organized trip for all passengers. VIP minibuses with 7 seats have limited luggage space, so it is important to know the luggage rules and parcel delivery conditions before booking.
Standard Passenger Luggage
The standard fare includes passenger luggage. Luggage rules for passenger transport by minibus include:
- one suitcase
- one carry-on bag
Free allowance per passenger — up to 40 kg in total: 1 suitcase (25–30 kg) and 1 carry-on bag (up to 10 kg). Above 40 kg — €2/kg for each extra kilogram. Space in the minibus is limited, so agree any extra luggage with the dispatcher when booking.
Additional or Oversized Luggage
Oversized luggage or weight above the free allowance (40 kg) must be agreed in advance; over the allowance, a surcharge of €2/kg applies. Examples of oversized items include:
- large suitcases
- sports equipment
- multiple bags
Additional luggage may depend on available space in the vehicle. The dispatcher confirms whether the parcel or additional luggage can be accepted.
Parcel Delivery Service
The company also provides parcel delivery between cities and countries using the same transportation routes. International parcel delivery operates on the same routes — Ukraine–Europe. When sending a parcel, you must provide:
- sender name
- sender phone number
- recipient name
- recipient phone number
- destination city
The dispatcher confirms whether the parcel can be transported on the selected trip.
Parcel Pickup and Delivery
Typical parcel delivery process by bus:
- parcel is given to the driver or dispatcher
- the parcel travels with the minibus
- the recipient collects the parcel at the agreed pickup location
The recipient should be reachable by phone at the time of delivery.
Packaging Requirements
Parcels must be properly packed to avoid damage during transport. Recommended packaging rules:
- secure packaging
- protection for fragile items
- clear labeling with recipient information
Poorly packed parcels may be refused.
Prohibited Items for Luggage and Parcels
The following items cannot be transported:
- weapons
- drugs
- explosives
- flammable materials
- illegal goods
- items that may violate customs regulations
The driver or dispatcher has the right to refuse suspicious items.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers and senders are responsible for the contents of their luggage and parcels. Do not transport items for unknown people or parcels with unknown contents.
