This page describes payment conditions for international passenger transport by VIP-class minibuses. Our payment system helps organize trips and guarantee seats for passengers. VIP minibus transport between Ukraine and EU countries is a convenient and reliable way to travel.
Booking a Trip
Passengers first create a booking request through the website or by contacting a dispatcher. Booking itself does not require immediate payment.

Trip Confirmation
Routes are organized depending on passenger demand. Approximately 48 hours before departure:
- the dispatcher contacts the passenger
- confirms whether the trip will take place
- provides departure details
- sends payment information
Mandatory Prepayment
After the trip is confirmed, the passenger must make a mandatory prepayment to secure the seat. Important to know:
- the seat is reserved only after prepayment
- if prepayment is not made within the specified time, the booking may be cancelled
- passengers are informed about the prepayment requirement during the booking process
Payment Methods
Available payment methods for passenger transport:
- bank card transfer
- online payment (if available)
- partial prepayment and remaining amount paid during boarding
Payment details are provided by the dispatcher after trip confirmation.
Final Payment
If a prepayment was made, the remaining balance can be paid during boarding or during the trip unless full payment was already completed.
Trip Cancellation by Passenger
If a passenger cannot travel, they should inform the dispatcher as early as possible.

Trip Cancellation or Change by the Carrier
Trips may occasionally be changed or cancelled due to:
