The price depends on the pickup city in Ukraine, the final destination in Europe, and your travel date. On average, passenger transport starts from 90€ per trip to Poland and from 170€ to Germany; trips are available in both directions (Ukraine ↔ Poland and Ukraine ↔ Germany). The manager will confirm the exact amount after you submit a request.

Yes — trips run in both directions. Poland/Germany — Ukraine and Ukraine — Poland/Germany. To book a return trip, choose the country, submit a request, and provide your address/city of destination. The manager will confirm departure.

You need a valid passport for international travel (and a visa if required for the destination country). At the border, passengers go through passport control and, if necessary, customs procedures — documents and luggage may be checked. To avoid delays, prepare documents in advance and stay reachable for the dispatcher/driver.

You can ship a parcel with FastTravel together with a passenger trip. Provide sender and recipient details (full name, phone numbers), destination city, and arrange handover to the driver in Ukraine. We transport the parcel and hand it over to the recipient at an agreed pickup location in Poland or Germany.

The delivery cost depends on the route and parcel characteristics: weight and dimensions. Typical starting point is from €2/kg, with a minimum shipment of €60. The manager will confirm the final price after checking the parcel weight and size (or after an online estimate).

We only ship items that are allowed under international transport and customs rules. Prohibited or restricted items include weapons, drugs, explosives, and flammable substances, as well as illegal goods. Before shipping, the manager will clarify the contents, weight, and dimensions of the parcel.

Each passenger’s fare includes free luggage up to 40 kg total: 1 suitcase (25–30 kg) and 1 carry-on bag (up to 10 kg). Each kilogram over the allowance is charged at the standard rate of €2/kg. Oversized or extra luggage must be agreed with the dispatcher when booking.

Yes. You can hand the parcel to the driver during pickup / at an agreed handover point in Ukraine. Send the manager the sender and recipient details (full name, phone) and the destination city. In Europe, the recipient will get the parcel at the agreed point — make sure the contact is reachable on the delivery day.
